Security Policy:

All of our sensitive client data is collected, stored and transmitted utilizing a top-tier software. We work to protect your personal information from loss, misuse or unauthorized alteration by using industry-recognized security safeguards. We use both internal and external resources to review our security procedures.

Refund Policy:

We have a cancellation policy that varies by vehicle and event. Sedan’s and SUV’s have a 2 hour cancellation policy and are not billed until after the ride and there is no charge if billed more than 2 hours before ride. All other vehicles have a non-refundable deposit at time of booking. They also have a 2 week cancellation policy and full payment required if cancelled less than 14 days prior to ride. In the event of a billing error, a refund will be processed equal to any overcharge. If the vehicle is not what had been reserved, the difference in price will be refunded.
